Chamomile tea- Has the same beneficial  effects as mint tea.

Ginger tea- You need one ginger root. Grate it until you obtain 2 tablespoons of ginger. Infuse them in hot water for 10 minutes. Drink the warm tea, with honey or lemon. Ginger is good for stomach problems and helps with bloating, nausea or indigestion. You can drink it whenever you need before or after meals.

Cumin seeds- are great for those who suffer from bloating and often can not remove gases naturally. So every morning on an empty stomach, eat half of a teaspoon of cumin seeds. Continue treatment until you notice that you do not have gases anymore.
