How to Prevent Toenail Fungus
To fight against fungus, you can prepare a simple and cheap home treatment. You need hot water, apple vinegar and baking soda.
With these three ingredients, you will prepare an antifungal bath for the feet. Previously, wash your feet as you normally do with soap and water, wipe them well and then sink them into the pot in which you put warm water and vinegar in equal proportions and two teaspoons of baking soda. Vinegar has fungicidal properties.
