  2. Alternate ice with hot towels-After you put ice on the inflamed area, put something hot on the area. It will be a good idea to use a  towel soaked in hot water, wrapped in the middle. Doctors say that this method will greatly help to alleviate the pain.
  3. Do not stay too much time on the chair– If you sit on a chair in the office too much, try to go for a walk or to the gym one hour after the work program. Physical movement of any kind, gives you energy, keep you in shape and gives you in  generally health.
  4. Do stretching– The action of stretching the muscles, speeds the healing process of back pain. Try to stay stretched, to gently bring your knees to your chest, then you stretch your legs and repeat again this exercise.
