  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 2 cups of pineapple
  • 40 grams of fresh honey
  • 40 grams of crushed almonds
  • 7 grams of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice.

Method of preparation:

Prepare the normal oat, just boil it for a few minutes.
Add orange juice.
